With over 25 years experience I have a passion for dentistry and absolutely love what I do. Dentistry is a combination of technical ability, spatial awareness, artistic skill, and the desire to communicate and educate patients. I enjoy these aspects of my chosen field to put patients at ease in return for their trust and respect and the satisfaction of seeing their precious smiles. My goal as a dentist is to provide patients with the personalized care that they want.
I graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in 1996 with my Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) degree. After graduation, I completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at State University of New York in Buffalo, New York. I also attended the University of Toronto and received a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree.
I am a member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and currently serve on the Ontario AGD board. The AGD is a leading source of education in dentistry. After completing numerous continuing education courses throughout my career, I continue to further my skills and am pursuing the prestigious Fellowship Award with the AGD. I have received a Fellowship with the Academy of Dentistry International in 2016. I am also a member of the Ontario Dental Association and licensed with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
Outside the dental office, I spend treasured moments with my wife and two daughters skiing, swimming, skating and giving back to the community. I am currently learning to create new food dishes with the hopes of appearing on a cooking show.
